Philippa Youngs is an experienced Chinese medical practitioner, working with women and men who are attempting to conceive. She receives referrals from obstetricians, midwives, doulas and many other health professionals.

Her approach is warm and kind, she assists her patients to get involved in their treatment and embrace a healthier life and lifestyle.

Fertility: She will support you as you take the time to prepare the ground for a healthy and successful pregnancy; whether you are using IVF or trying naturally. She will guide you in creating the best environment to conceive, looking into diet, exercise, sleep and stress levels.

Pregnancy: She uses the clinically-proven benefits of acupuncture to have a positive effect on symptoms that can arise during pregnancy.  For example anxiety, back pain, heartburn, morning sickness, breech presentation, to name a few of the most common ailments that women encounter.

Birth Preparation:  Philippa can help you prepare for the birth of your baby from 36 weeks. This series of weekly treatments assist with cervical ripening and reducing the length of labour.  She seeks to support you to have a natural labour.

Philippa and her partner returned to Victoria after a number of years living interstate. They are delighted to be back home and able to enjoy the coast and all that our part of the world has to offer.
