Shura has recently moved to the Surf coast with her husband and two young children. Having had the pleasure of a childhood in Apollo Bay she is enjoying the return to a slower pace of life, away from the city, closer to nature and the ocean.

Shura has over 16 years clinical experience working in private practice, she has a special interest in the areas of preconception, fertility and pregnancy, one of her greatest passions is teaching clients to live a balanced life and to use food as medicine. She enjoys gardening and travel and is currently trying to learn how to surf.

Shura studied Chinese medicine at Victoria University in Melbourne, Shenyang hospital in China and Southern School of Natural Therapies in Melbourne.

Shura writes a regular Chinese medicine column ‘ East West’ for Nature & Health magazine and contributes to various health and wellness publications.

Shura is offering appointments in Newtown on Mondays and she also continues to consult in Essendon, Melbourne as well as in Torquay.
